I’ve known since I was a child that I wanted to work with animals. I’ve always known this was my calling. I’ve been in this profession for 20 years, and it's not long enough.

As I get older, the vision that God has put in my heart is becoming more and more clear. Grooming is something that needs to be done often, so it should be a process that is filled with genuine love and empathy.
